A “feel-good” tip just before you hit the catwalk? M.S. I always take a deep breath, if not several, before I start. And when I march, I try to keep my eyes wide open and my breathing calm.
A daily care to soothe the skin of repeated make-up removal? One to regenerate damaged hair? M.S. Every night, I remove my make-up with an oil. Then I wash my face. I then spray a rose water tonic, my best ally. Finally, I moisturize my skin intensely to reduce redness. On the hair side, I try to avoid heat outside of work and I rinse styling products well so as not to smother the fibres.
