Wedding: discover all the beauty trends to adopt for a wedding in 2022<

Over the past two years, the wedding industry has been hit hard by the health crisis. Even if things seem to be getting better, with 220,000 civil marriages celebrated in 2021 compared to only 155,000 in 2020 (according to INSEE figures), marriage professionals really need support.

Fortunately, the fairs dedicated to creators can (finally) resume this year, to the delight of brides and grooms and craft aficionados. This is particularly the case of the Love.etc Wedding Festival, which will take place in Paris this weekend. Imagined in 2011 by Nessa Buonomo, it aims to offer an alternative to traditional wedding salons, while highlighting French creation. With Love.etc, two key words: conviviality and sharing.

If you are reading this article, it is because you are undoubtedly interested in the world of marriage, from near and far. We posed a few questions to subject matter expert Nessa Buonomo. So future bride, here are the beauty trends that have changed the game and those to adopt without hesitation in 2022!

Hair trends: more minimalism and less flowers

In recent years you have probably noticed: the rustic and bucolic wedding was on the rise! In 2022, the dresses are assumed and very elaborate, with more couture silhouettes and large shoulder pads, for example. So, we compensate with a more minimalist beauty!

In 2022, we forget the flower crown (sorry!) and the dried flowers in the hair. The hairstyles are simpler, the hair is semi-detached or even completely detached. As for accessories, we keep a flowery comb, but only if it is very refined, classic and fine.

Two hairstyle ideas:

Make-up trend: the return of natural

On the make-up side there too, we find something much more natural. The common thread of make-up for a wedding in 2022 is simple: "Me, but better". Why would you want to be someone else? Especially on her wedding day!

We put everything on the complexion which wants to be fresh and luminous, without having the impression of being made up of course! The mouth is delicately colored, barely bitten... Na-tu-rel we tell you!

The health crisis has of course changed the situation with changing desires and adapting priorities. There is a return to more simplicity and pleasure. Weddings are less spectacular, on the other hand, the details are hyper thoughtful and neat. Long Live Love !
