Lestra: strengthens its Executive Committee<

Following a year full of events-with the acquisition of the American company Gerber Technology, its main historical competitor, and two companies that came to enrich its technological offer, Neeven and Gemini, and after the strong growth recorded in 2021- Lectra is expanding its executive Committee to meet its new ambitions.

As of 1 January 2022, the Executive Committee of Lectra is composed of 16 people:-Daniel Harari, President and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee since its creation in 2005.- Jérôme Viala, Deputy Director General and Vice-President of the Executive Committee since 2019, after having been a member of the Executive Committee since its inception.-Maximilian Abadie, Director of Strategy and Member of the Executive Committee since 2019.- Fabio Canali, Director South Europe and North Africa and Member of the Executive Committee since 2019.- Thierry Caye, Director of Technology-Olivier Product Marketing Director and Executive Committee Member since 2016.- Javier Garcia, Asia-Pacific Director and Executive Committee Member since 2019.- Karen Gibbs, Deputy Financial Director.-Laurence Jacquot, Customer success Director and Executive Committee Member since 2019.- Eric Lespinasse, Industrial Director.-Leonard Marano, American Director.-Holger Max-Lang, Director Northern and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Executive Committee Member since 2019.- Maria Modrono, Marketing and Communications Director

The main objectives of the Executive Committee in 2022 are to finalize the integration of the Gerber Technology and Lectra teams, to integrate the technologies of the different acquired companies, and to develop synergies between the different entities of the Group.

In announcing the composition of the new Executive Committee, Daniel Harari said: "with this new Executive Committee and a team now strong of 2,500 people, I am convinced that we will be able to grasp all the potential ahead of us".
