As a couple for four years with Barbara Gandolfi from 2008 to 2012, Jean-Paul Belmondo was the victim of a scam from his ex-partner.Why was the Belgian playmate condemned?

With his ex-husband Frédéric Vanderwilt, who received 18 months in prison, the former Belgian playmate of Playboy was accused of not having reimbursed a loan of 200,000 euros to Jean-Paul Belmondo.The duo was therefore found guilty of scam by the Belgian justice but the star of the ace of the ace has never seen the slightest penny of his pound -up loan.Barbara Gandolfi's lawyer had pleaded for the acquittal based on the presence of illegal listening in the investigation file.He also said that "he had been agreed with Jean-Paul Belmondo that this money should not be reimbursed."The judges were not of the same opinion."The case has been meticulously examined and there are enough elements that show that the accused are guilty of scam," said the prosecutor, quoted by Dutch -speaking magazine Knack in his indictment.
