Meghan Markle has a passion for fashion clothes and accessories. For many years, she has appeared with outfits from luxury brands such as Dior, Givenchy, Prada and even Chanel. According to Femail, which the Daily Mail echoes, this Friday, December 31, the amount of outfits worn by the Duchess of Sussex during the year 2021 amounts to 58,388 pounds, or nearly 70,000 euros.
According to the British daily, this sum represents an increase of 14,000 pounds (16,000 euros) compared to the year 2020, even though Meghan Markle made fewer public appearances following her departure from the royal family and of her maternity leave of several months after the birth of Lilibet last June. It was during her trip to New York alongside Prince Harry last September that Meghan Markle appeared with the most expensive outfits. She displayed herself with an impressive amount of luxury designer items. For example, during the Global Live Citizen event, she wore a Valentino haute couture dress worth 8,537 pounds (10,000 euros).

The value of Prince Harry's wife's wardrobe even exceeded that of Kate Middleton this year, whose outfits were valued at 48,000 pounds, or 57,000 euros. Before Meghan Markle stepped down from the royal family, the cost of clothes she wore on official engagements was covered by Prince Charles. Since then, we do not know if the mother of Archie and Lilibet buys her outfits at a high price or if they are offered to her by the brands.
