A joint press release from interior and health ministries was published on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, a few hours after the adoption in the Council of Government of the decree authorizing the start of progressive deconfine and its publication at Bo.
The various provinces and prefectures were divided into two discharge areas according to criteria set by the health authorities (see below).This distribution will be revised at a weekly rate.
The first phase of the disconception starts on June 11.It includes the following measures:
1- Resumption of economic activities nationally (regardless of the reduction area):
- industries
- shops
- Arts and crafts
- local activities and small trades
- Local commerce
- Liberal and similar professions
- weekly souks
The following activities are excluded: cafes, restaurants for on -site service, hammams, cinema rooms, theatres ...
2- Lightening restrictions for zone 1:
- trips not subject to the presentation of the exceptional traffic authorization in the territory of the province or the prefecture
- Resumption of urban public transport with an operating rate of the capacity of 50% maximum
- circulation in the territory of the residential region not subject to the presentation of authorization (the presentation of a FIN will suffice)
- Reopening of hairdressing and beauty salons, with an operating rate of the capacity of 50% maximum
- Reopening of public open -air spaces (gardens ...)
- Resumption of individual outdoor sports activities (walking, cycling, etc.)
All other restrictions remain in force (ban on rallies and meetings, celebrations, weddings, etc.)
3 - Lightening restrictions for zone 2:
- trips require the presentation of the exceptional authorization to circulate
- Closure of shops at 8 p.m.
- Resumption of urban public transport with an operating rate of the capacity of 50% maximum
All other restrictions remain in force.
Note that the gradual transition from one phase to another of the disconception will obey a preliminary assessment of the necessary measures and the conditions having to be ensured in each province and prefecture on the part of the watch and monitoring committees chaired by the Walis and Governors and Governors and Governors and Governorscomposed of representatives of the Ministry of Health and other decentralized departments.
The authorities call on the population to strict compliance with these new measures.
