The Californian sun comes to H&M for a collection created with four hands with Brock Collection. For the Swedish giant, the Made in LA brand breathes its solar aura into a capsule inspired by the nineties. In keeping with the DNA of the American label, which is both feminine and bohemian, the collection "has a certain romantic charm, while being completely unpretentious", say Laura Vassar and Kristopher Brock, the founders of the CFDA / Vogue Fashion finalist brand. Fund Award in 2016. The result is a range of clothing and accessories with a neutral color palette (the tones range from black and off-white to candy pink) which consists of long flowery dresses, timeless denim pieces, delicate tops , retro sunglasses or golden jewelry.
While fashion brands are often singled out for their harmful effects on the environment, H&M has been seeking, for several years, to change the situation, in particular to through capsules with sharp marks. After the collections made with lemlem or Good News, this capsule is no exception to the rule. In fact, the linen and cotton are from organic sources while the polyester is recycled. The brand's goal? Achieve by 2030 a total production of clothing designed from recycled or sustainably sourced materials. A low price capsule to buy so without feeling guilty.
The collection will be available from June 1st in selected stores and on hm.com.
