“The idea for the show decor was born from a long-standing desire to work with Xavier Veilhan. His references to constructivism remind me of those of Karl Lagerfeld,” says Virginie Viard.

This decor, a nod to the aesthetics of the Universal Exhibition, served as a framework "in which I felt very free", adds Virginie Viard.
“These geometric shapes made me dream of contrast, lightness and a lot of freshness: bohemian dresses that float. Lots of ruffles, fringes, macramé, transparent lace, iridescent tweeds, colorful jewel buttons. Femininity too, with a pink tweed jacket with white stripes, white braid straps embroidered with pearls or silver chains, two-tone Mary-Janes with heels inspired by the 20s revisited through the 80s, and fine geometric embroidery , like an echo of the decor. »
