Between natural beauty and classic chic hairstyle, a rock hair, back in pictures on the beauty look of the fashion show Haute Couture Elie Saab spring-summer 2022.
Thank you to L 'Oréal Paris for opening the doors to the Elie Saab backstage.
For the show, the key word in terms of make-up is the natural. The beauty therefore remains ultra-light with just enough to enhance the complexion of the models thanks to a touch of corrector, powder and blush. For the mouth, we keep this intention by working with nude and glossy hues that match perfectly with the carnation of the mannequins.
Little bit of exuberance in this beauty? The use of false eyelashes on the outer corner of the eye. An easy and fast way for beauty experts to enhance and intensify the gaze of models without necessarily using the faithful mascara.
On the hairstyle side, the wet look-including wet hair-is available in an ultra-worked and voluminous version on the top of the head. To accompany him, the rock-looking horseshoe dresses the heads of the mannequins.
A twirled look sometimes in a twisted chignon. The principle remains the same: crease the hair on the top of the head to obtain volume with a round brush and a hairdryer; tighten the whole hair at the top of the neck and form a low horse tail that then turns into a twisted gown held by invisible bars.
It's impossible to miss the centrepiece of the beauty look. A strass crown, not worn on the top of the head like any queen, but here on the front of the face. To hold on to this glittering prop? Two gilded combs subtly hidden in the mannequins' hairstyles.
