Sachka Lelouch, the son of director Claude Lelouch, and his wife Nam, arrived in Chaulieu, near Sourdeval (Manche) in 2019 with the aim of creating a farm close to nature.
Sachka Lelouch and Nam, it's also a great encounter, made in India in 2015.
Sachka is an assistant director for his father, the famous director Claude Lelouch. Nam, a young Indian, is also an assistant to the director for the filming of the film "UN + une".
For the two young people, it's obvious. They both share the same vision of life, the desire to get closer to nature.
And it was in Normandy, a place dear to Claude Lelouch, that they decided to settle down.
After a few months in a farm in Avranches, they discover the rare pearl where they both want to live: the farm of Egrene in Chaulieu.
After several months of work, Nam and Sachka Lelouch are ready to start their business: raising and selling organic chickens.

On the 13 hectares of their land, a building divided into five parts can accommodate 300 chickens.
The first chickens will be available for sale from 1 March at the price of €12 per kilo for whole chicken and €15 per kg for cut chicken.

The young farmers, having chosen to reduce the number of intermediaries as much as possible, decided to carry out the slaughter themselves.
Nam. Of Indian origin, will be happy to offer, for any order, a sample of homemade spice mixture.
It also offers marinated chicken.

Nam and Sachka have many other plans, but in the longer term, although a few pigs are already part of the farmyard for consumption in 2022.
Greenhouses will also be installed in the near future with the aim of "self-sufficient food even if it takes a lot of time and work".
