Why did you choose to adopt a hybrid positioning by developing a franchise network?

I have worked in the cleaning world since my childhood, so it was only natural that in 2007, I created ASR Cleaning with a first agency in Toulouse. With its franchise network, ASR meets the needs of companies and institutions in metropolitan France and overseas territories. Thanks to the quality of the services provided by our company, we have been able to expand our network thanks to numerous recommendations and the relationships developed with our customers.

By developing ASR Cleaning, our objective was to create long-term business relationships and promote proximity, while offering quality services. The franchise development model makes it possible to preserve the initial and fundamental values ​​that I wanted to transmit. The network now has more than 25 agencies and more than 800 employees throughout the territory.

With network development, we realize that the cleaning market is divided between groups and local SMEs. At ASR Cleaning, we combine the strengths of our competitors. Indeed, we are able to provide services to our national customers while having a close relationship thanks to our network. Generally, large groups have independent agencies, which can be a hindrance in the organization of large-scale services over several departments.

Thanks to this organization, we have favored the development of partnership relations, and not simply the provision of services. We are above all in the accompaniment. We intervene upstream of consultations and calls for tenders, and we do tailor-made. This is why we speak of the “haute couture” of cleaning.

What has been the impact of the health crisis on your business?

The health crisis has had an impact on many companies, and ASR Cleaning is no exception, but despite the temporary closure of some of our customers, we have been able to respond to the new issues that have arisen for basic necessities. (GSS / Medical / Construction)
